These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Personology (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the Personology AI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms & Conditions.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your region) to use the App.

3. Content & Disclaimer

The App provides personality insights, astrological interpretations, or entertainment-oriented content (“Content”).

The Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice of any kind (including medical, psychological, financial, or legal).

You agree that your use of the App and reliance on any Content is solely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Modify, reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
• Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect certain non-sensitive data to operate and improve the App.
